Yesterday was just like any other day. But surprisingly I received a request from someone anonymous to add in my yahoo list and as usual I will just accept the request. He is a student from Universiti Tekonolgi PETRONAS (UTP) and he has been admiring my achievement in the Twin Towers and UTP project. So I happened to browse through his website UTPToday something like USToday in US.
Interestingly he has captured some of the article I wrote in my blog about UTP. Surprise surprise!!! He even captured my picture in his blog. So after some negotiation, he agreed to withdraw some of my personal details.. hehehe. Kalau tidak habis la jatuh saham.
Anyway it was interesting to note how student feel about the place that we have built and as usual they could not relate the things that has been constructed with the practical aspects of the usage. He requested me to give insight info of the UTP development and wanting to organise a talk whom I will be the speaker. I am honoured. My desire was to share my knowledge back to the society.
In a glimpse, I am not what I am right now if I had not gone through all the hardship and tribulation in life. Sometime the hardship we faced earlier in our life is a hikmah for the preparation of our better future. Alhamdulillah I have gone through that. But to my dismay not may youngster like to hear lecture about life. They sometimes feel that they know how to lead their life and don't need others to advise them. But I was really honoured there are still someone who appreciate my two cents worth of advise. Thank you Peza.
As requested I plan to write something about the UTP development and perhaps do a presentation after Hari Raya. Maybe I could give a heart to heart talk to those students on a bigger picture of life when I am there. Till then pray for me so that I could give back to the society whatever I know. A word to ponder.. I heard Datuk Dr Fadilah Kamsah once said.." Manusia yang terbaik ialah manusia yang dapat memberi munafaat pada orang lain" Since I heard that I liked to inculcate that into my life. I like to make a differences to other people's life.
So I like to share this with all UTP students when I am there to have the same desire to be a better human being and in a big picture, the better nation and society.

saw your achievement in building the Chancellor Hall itself.. Really proud that a Malaysian is responsible of building this...
Really hope if we UTPians can learn something...
